The Experience
Somatic Intimacy Coaching is how I describe my practice. I believe that intimacy, or the desire for it, is at the core of all our relationships. And I do believe it's a way forward as we tend to the magnitude of collective unrest and our yearning for finding slivers (or oceans!) of peace, pleasure and connection amidst disembodiment and overwhelm. This is straight up 'nervous system overhaul'.

Sex and intimacy aren’t just innate—they are skills that can be learned and strengthened through practice. My approach is pleasure-based, body-based, interactive and experiential, designed to help you develop these skills in a way that feels natural and empowering.
We won’t just talk about intimacy—you’ll actively experience it. Through experiential and somatic practices, learning happens not just in your mind but within your body and nervous system. Together, we’ll create embodied experiences of success, so you can step into the world with greater confidence and ease, fully embracing the intimacy, sex, and relationships you deserve.

Most of the time, when we seek support, we arrive with a list of what’s “wrong.” While it’s important to acknowledge challenges, I also want to know what feels right. By identifying and harnessing your existing strengths, we shift the focus from stress and symptoms to capacities, resilience, and possibility. And this is trauma empowerment.

I draw upon somatics, a practice that integrates both body and mind, allowing for a deeper, more embodied experience of intimacy. My work is informed by the Somatica® Method, an innovative, science-backed approach to sex and relationship coaching that fosters safety, secure attachment, and authentic erotic connection.
“The Somatica® Method is a holistic, loving, and systematic approach to sex and relationship coaching that invites people to move beyond shame, clarify their needs and boundaries, live emotionally connected and erotically embodied lives, and experience the joy and satisfaction of great sex and authentic relationships.” — The Somatica Institute
